Frequently Asked Questions

To ensure a serene atmosphere for all of our clients, we kindly ask that noise be kept to a minimum during your visit. As a courtesy to others, all guests are required to either turn off their cell phones or switch them to silent mode upon entering the spa. Please note that children and animals are not allowed in the treatment room.
To maintain a peaceful environment, guests are not permitted to engage in any personal or business activities in the treatment room, and solicitation is strictly prohibited. We reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who violates these policies.
We take Etiquette and rules seriously, and any guest who fails to follow them may be removed from the premises and/or have their membership suspended or terminated. This includes instances of disturbance, nuisance, or fraud. We regret that no refunds will be issued in such cases
To ensure that you are able to secure your preferred date and time for your appointment, we kindly request that you book as early as possible. To reserve your scheduled booking, we do require a credit card on file.
We take our clients' safety seriously, and therefore, we require all necessary consent forms and waivers to be completed before any services can be provided. Please ensure that your forms are up-to-date by calling us or visiting our spa. Without completed forms, we will not be able to perform any services.
If a client is more than 15 minutes late, we require that the appointment be rescheduled or adjusted accordingly, andthe 50% deposit will be forfeited.
We operate primarily on an appointment basis, and it is our goal to provide equal and fair service to all of our clients. We understand that last-minute cancellations can have a significant impact on our business and our technicians. Therefore, we have implemented a strict cancellation policy to respect our staff and, most importantly, our guests.
Clients are welcome to cancel their appointments without incurring any charges by following our Spa's Cancellation Policy. However, for cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, there will be a charge of 50% of the total service amount. Please note that late arrivals may result in a shortened service time or require the appointment to be rescheduled (additional charges may apply).
If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please contact the spa directly. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in this matter.
Our staff members reserve the right to refuse service in various circumstances, including but not limited to the following cases. Please note that no refunds will be issued in these instances:
  1. The guest exhibits abusive behavior or uses abusive language towards our staff members.
  2. The guest initiates sexual language, behavior, or misconduct.
  3. If  the guest has had Botox or Fillers within the past 2 weeks. 
We take the safety and comfort of our staff members and guests seriously, and we appreciate your cooperation in following our policies.
There are no refunds available for any of our services, gift cards, retail products, packages, or memberships.
Our gift cards have no expiration date and are valid for use indefinitely.
Please note that gift cards purchased from unauthorized sellers or resellers will not be honored and will not be considered valid forms of payment. We are not responsible for any lost funds used to purchase unauthorized gift cards.
Gift cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.
If fraudulent or unlawful activity is suspected, Glow Haus reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or deactivate any gift cards at any time.
We recommend that you leave your valuables at home to avoid any potential loss.
